Requires the Academy at level 20 before you can research. Then it requires the Tavern at level 10, 15 or 20 and finally it requires enough expansion points (researched at the Academy) before it can be built.

It typically takes 5 treks to take over a town...so plan accordingly!

Clearing waves are always sent as RAIDS ahead of the treks
