アームバイク
 
The Arm Bike (アームバイク) was introduced in SASUKE/Ninja Warrior #04. The competitor had to use his arms to propel himself across the gap, pedaling similar to how feet pedal on a bicycle. This obstacle was used from the 4th competition until the 8th, and then returned in SASUKE/Ninja Warrior #18 as an immediate successor to the Arm Rings, with no platform to rest on between them.
